- We offer a 30-day returns period for online purchases (from date of receipt).

by DPD PICK UP point
- Returns are FREE and trackable.
- Refunds are only available for orders that have been delivered to a DPD pick up point or by DPD courier.
- On receipt of a parcel, the customer is notified by SMS and/or email about the possibility of return. In addition, a PIN code or QR code is provided in the message/email. Using either of the two, you can print out a return label in the self-service parcel terminal and send the parcel back.
