Because each child's abilities and skills are different, therefore, taking into account the content of the book, you can interest children of any preschool age in it. For children experiencing learning difficulties, we recommend starting with level 1.

The tasks-games in the book will allow you to better understand your body, sensations, emotions, and will also remind you of the importance of taking care of your teeth and eating healthy. It will expand your knowledge about the animals of the world, allow you to develop thinking and language skills by sorting pictures with reusable stickers, assigning them to categories (animal or bird, fruit or vegetable, hot or cold, etc.).

While playing, complete the tasks together with your child: discuss what you see on the task sheet, what the drawings look like, their details, compare, sort the pictures, encourage the child to speak in sentences, tell stories, and create stories. The development of language skills is one of the most important in the preschool years.

Do not rush to complete all the tasks at once, allocate 1-2 per day. Help the child, if necessary, by providing hints and questions, but do not complete the tasks for him. Let the child rejoice in his success and rejoice with him when he manages to complete the tasks.
