• Returns are FREE and trackable.

• Refunds are only available for orders that have been delivered to a DPD pick up point or by DPD courier.

• On receipt of a parcel, the customer is notified by SMS and/or email about the possibility of return. In addition, a PIN code or QR code is provided in the message/email. Using either of the two, you can print out a return label in the self-service parcel terminal and send the parcel back.
